Use Stasis to stop the ball from rolling and crouch walk along the side of it to avoid any damage. Another spike ball will come immediately after. Around the next corner is another switch, stand on it and run back to avoid the spike ball rolling towards you. Keep Magnesis equipped as you keep heading around the corner, and retrieve the chest on the ledge to your left containing an Ancient Core. There will be some breakable blocks on a ledge, use a bomb arrow blow them up to reveal a treasure chest containing a diamond which you can grab with Magnesis. Head up the ramp and face back down from where you came. Stand on the next switch and be ready to dodge the rolling spike-trap as it smashes through the wall of crates ahead (stand to the far right or far left). Stand on the switch on the left to open the next door.
Use Cryonis to build ice pillars to climb the ledges, grab the chest on the right containing 10 Bomb Arrows. The door in front of you will open revealing four ancient monsters take them out. Cross the rolling obstacle and stand on the switch. Defeat the two monsters that ambush you and enter Maka Rah Shrine.Īs your enter the Shrine head forward and light the unlit torch with a fire-weapon of your choosing. Drop down this hole carefully and make your way down the cave, swim through the small body of water, and finally find yourself at the entrance to the Shrine. Glide over and you will find a larger updraft coming from a hole. You should see a torch-lit opening dug into the side of the cliff. Bomb these rocks as well, face northwest and paraglide into the air. Drop a bomb and break them up, and travel north to the next pile on a small island in the lake. Destroy these and repeat the same process, this time heading northeast, staying close to the border of the lake until you find yet another pile of rocks. Glide southeast past the furthest point to the opposite side of the lake where you will find another pile of breakable rocks. Use this updraft with your paraglider and you will be able to see the entire wooden pier. Break out your remote bombs and blow them away to reveal an updraft. While you face this crack, behind you is a pile of rocks. You can catch a glimpse of the glowing orange Maka Rah Shrine through a crack in the cliff, but it is not wide enough for Link to get through.
